Roads Closed, Businesses Evacuated Due to Gas Leak at Tarragona/Gregory

Some more information on the gas leak downtown. PPD says Pensacola Energy is now securing that leak -- residents at the WEsley Haven VIlla on E. Wright Street have been evacuated. Pensacola Energy, PPD, Pensacola Fire, and EMS are all at the scece. The gas leak is reportedly around 75-percent contained per Pensacola Energy.

Pensacola police say roads at Tarragona and Gregory are currently closed due to a gas leak. The Pensacola Fire Department is evacuating neighboring businesses. We'll update you when we know more.
