Red, White, and Blues Air Show Totals More than $31M Economic Impact

RED, WHITE, AND BLUES TOTALED OVER $31-MILLION IN ECONOMIC IMPACT

We're learning more about the economic impact of this year's Pensacola Beach Airshow -- according to a study commissioned by Visit Pensacola the Red, White, and Blues show featuring the US Navy Blue Angels generated $31.5 million dollars in economic impact for the community. It attracted 206,500 visitors from July 9th through the 12th -- including over 60-thousand out of county guests who contributed over $20-million dollars to the local economy. The study said that around 63-percent of those visitors stayed in paid accomodations and spent over $1-thousand dollars during their visit.
