PPD CHARGE PENSACOLA HIGH STUDENT FOR BRAWL

Pensacola Police say they are bringing charges against a 17-year-old student at Pensacola High School after starting a fight that resulted in a lockdown today. According to PPD spokesman Mike Wood, the student started a fight with a school official. While PPD officers tried to break up the fight, the student allegedly began fighting the officers. The student is charged with two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, and one count each of battery on a school official, and disrupting a school function. There were no serious injuries during the incident.
