Big changes are happening at the Port of Pensacola. Director Clark Merritt says while construction hasn't started quite yet on the new headquarters for American Magic, things are moving along. The first phase consists of 8 outdoor pickleball courts along with recreation and concession space. In addition, Merritt says that the new American Magic headquarters are currently in the engineering phase, as the team remains in Barcelona for the America's Cup. The city intends to have their facility ready to go by the time they return early next year.
