Pensacola Interstate Fair One Day Away

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- We're one day away from this year's Pensacola Interstate Fair. The two-week event begins Thursday with dollar day, admission and rides will be only $1-dollar all day. Our sister station Cat Country 98.7 is also holding their big "Lip Sync Battle" at 7 pm -- with "obnoxiously large trophies" being awarded to the winners. Admission is $14-dollars for the rest of the two-weeks -- but Super Saver tickets are available at half price through today. Some of this year's attractions include a Sea Lion trick show, The aerial Circus Hollywood & Petting Zoo show, the Big Red Barn agricultural activities for kids, Reno's Reptile exhibit is back and they'll have an alligator, bearded dragons, spiders, and even snakes -- they promise an "up close and personal experience." Some of the mainstage acts thsi year include Tyler Farr, Sawyer Brown, Rodney Atkins, Clay Walker, the White Tie Rock Ensemble, George Birge, and others. No weapons are allowed, and only clear bags can be taken inside this year.
