North Escambia Students Gather for Annual 'See You at the Pole' Prayer Event

Students across the North Escambia area came together Wednesday morning for the annual See You at the Pole gathering, a student-led prayer event held before school began.

The non-denominational event is organized and led entirely by students, who gathered to pray for their schools, classmates, teachers, government, and the nation. See You at the Pole has become a traditional observance in schools across the country, giving students an opportunity to gather around their school flagpole for a moment of reflection and prayer.

The event reflects a long-standing national tradition that emphasizes student leadership and voluntary participation in faith-based gatherings on school grounds.
