New Housing Developments Approved in Beulah

Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Two more housing developments have been approved in the Beulah area. The Escambia County Development Review Committee has approved plans for two residential developments that would mean 90 new homes. The developments include the 85-home Bayou BluFfs subdivision, where each home would have at least 5-thousand square feet and would be build off Woodside Road near Beulah Elementary. They also approved a smaller subdivision on Helms Road. That development would include five lots on just over 10 acres.
