Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- The National Naval Aviation Museum has released guidance on how visitors can access the facility amid current base entry restrictions at NAS Pensacola. The museum remains open seven days a week but general public access is limited to Saturdays and Sundays. Non-military visitors 18 and older must stop at the Visitor Control Center at the main gate on Navy Boulevard, present a valid Real ID-compliant driver's license or passport, and pass a background check before proceeding to the West Gate on Blue Angel Parkway. DoD ID holders may visit any day of the week and can escort up to 15 people in the same vehicle. Visitors are encouraged to plan extra time for the security process.
