Moody, Donalds Lead Effort to Modernize Cape Canaveral Launch Site

(Washington, DC) -- A couple Florida lawmakers are pushing to modernize a Space Coast launch facility. Senator Ashley Moody and Congressman Byron Donalds announced yesterday they have urged the Air Force secretary to increase the efficiency of modernization operations at Cape Canaveral Space Launch Complex 37. Moody says it no longer can handle heavy lift launches due to outdated infrastructure. She says updating it will ensure continued American space dominance.
