Democratic candidate for Florida Chief Financial Officer Annette Taddeo will be in the Panhandle this weekend for campaign events ahead of Election Day. Taddeo, a former state senator and small business owner, is scheduled to appear at events in Tallahassee on Friday before moving through several North Florida counties Saturday and Sunday.

On Friday, Taddeo will attend FAMU FAMFEST at Will Packer Amphitheater in Tallahassee starting at noon, followed by an FAMU NPHC Step Show at the Alfred Lawson Jr. Multipurpose Center at 7 p.m. the same day. According to her campaign, she'll then travel Saturday and Sunday through Gadsden, Jackson, Walton, Okaloosa, and Leon Counties for early voting, community, and faith-based events.

Taddeo is running on three stated priorities: affordability, accountability, and anti-corruption. Her campaign says she plans to focus on lowering costs for Floridians, protecting consumers, exposing waste and corruption, and increasing government transparency if elected. Media interested in covering the events can contact her campaign at 786-527-0144 for details.
