Marine Warning issued for Pensacola-area Gulf waters through Monday morning

The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a Special Marine Warning for Gulf waters extending from Pensacola, Florida to Pascagoula, Mississippi, affecting the area from 20 to 60 nautical miles offshore. The warning, in effect through 8:00 a.m. CDT Monday, alerts mariners to winds exceeding 34 knots in the affected waters.
