Man Charged After Woman Murdered in Escambia County

Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- A man known as "Knowledge" is now charged with murder after a woman was found dead in Escambia County. Deputies say the woman was found on Sunday with a deep and fatal head wound. Investigators say they learned that an acquaintance of the woman had been in the area with a hatchet and fled the scene. They located the suspect Terre Weathers, who also goes by the name "Knowledge" and arrested him -- he's now being charged with second degree murder and also faces a drug charge.
