Infant Safely Located Following Amber Alert

Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- The 7-month old child that was the subject of an Amber Alert in Escambia County last night has been safely located, and a suspect -- the child's father 35-year-old Darryl Folmar II was arrested. The Escambia Sheriff's Office said the child was believed to have been with Folmar, who did not have custody when the amber alert was issued. The child was found safely within hours of the alert. Folmar is now being held in the Escambia County jail on charges of interference with the custody of a minor, contempt of court, and property damage.
