Hurricane Isaias 60 miles from Pensacola with 115 mph winds

Hurricane Isaias is bearing down on the Pensacola area Friday evening, positioned about 60 miles south-southeast of the city and moving north at 17 mph with sustained winds of 115 mph, according to multiple weather reports.
The northern Gulf Coast is already experiencing gusts approaching hurricane force. Orange Beach, Alabama has recorded wind gusts up to 72 mph, with similar conditions reported offshore near Pensacola at 69 mph, according to weather observers tracking the storm.
