Heads Up for Pensacola Beach Drivers Starting Today

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- If you're heading to Pensacola Beach today, expect some slowdowns. Lane closures are now in effect on the northbound and southbound inside lanes of Pensacola Beach Boulevard as crews work on the new toll gantry that will eventually replace the Bob Sikes Toll Plaza. Work runs weekdays between seven a-m and five p-m and is expected to wrap up by Wednesday, weather permitting. Drivers should follow posted signs and road crew instructions through the work zone.
