Pensacola, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- Police have made a fourth arrest in the July 5th downtown Pensacola shooting that killed P-J Sheppard and injured six others. Seventeen-year-old Marley Foster is charged with firing a weapon in public and illegal possession of a firearm. Police Chief Eric Winstrom says Foster did strike another person, though that victim declined to press charges. Winstrom says Foster is still being held accountable based on forensic evidence and video, even without a cooperating victim. Police say the investigation is now closed, with no further charges expected.
