FLORIDA MOTORISTS ARE STILL SPEEDING

Florida’s new super speeder law recently went into effect, imposing steep fines and possible jail time for drivers caught exceeding the speed limit by 50 mph or more. In the first month, FHP charged at least 70 people under this law, including a motorcyclist in Escambia County arrested for allegedly driving 94 mph in a 40-mph zone near Hwy 98 and Chaseville St.
