Flags Remain at Half-Staff for Pope Francis

(Tallahassee, FL) -- Florida is paying tribute to Pope Francis. Governor Ron DeSantis announced yesterday flags will fly at half-staff until Francis is laid to rest. DeSantis says it's a mark of respect. This affects all local and state buildings, installations and grounds throughout the state.
