FEDERAL FINANCIAL CUTS TO THE STATE DEPARTMENT ARE IMPACTING INTERNATIONAL VISITOR EXCHANGE PROGRAMS

One of those programs, the Gulf Coast Diplomacy Council, says bills are left unpaid to Northwest Florida businesses because of the cuts. The Council says those missing funds equate to more than $730,000 of economic impact. Pensacola is one of 74 sites in the country that hosts these visits. Five of the host cities are in Florida.
