Escambia Commissioners to Discuss OLF 8 Offers on Thursday

Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Escambia’s Board of County Commissioners will discuss offers for 540-acre OLF 8 property in Beulah at tomorrow's meeting. Beulah Ranch and developer Ryan Bell had a $50 million offer which is now reportedly on hold, while Tri-W Development is moving ahead with a $42.5 million bid which appears to be the only serious proposal. Their deal includes a $100,000 deposit and a 180-day inspection period. Developer Chad Henderson previously said he was committed to the area’s Master Plan but may ask for some compromises.
