Elderly Woman Rescued by Deputy After Late Night Walk with Son's Dog

Shalimar, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- An elderly woman was rescued in Shalimar after her husband reported her missing after she took a late-night walk with their son's dog, Eeyore. The husband was concerned when she didn't return after more than an hour and called 911 -- deputies began searching the area and eventually found the dog, who led them straigh to the woman who had fallen and been injured. The woman said after she fell the dog stayed with her, but did leave and come back to her, eventually bringing the deputy.
