Relief could be coming soon to residents upset with sewage leaks in Escambia County. The latest spill happened Saturday when thousands of gallons of sewage poured into Skinner Mill Creek. The ECUA blames it on a broken main. Executive Director Bruce Woody said yesterday the utility has been replacing aging pipes for the last couple years. Crews are literally on the last section, and those who live near the creek can expect relief by the end of next month.
