ECUA Pushes Deadline for 2026 Customer Survey

The Emerald Coast Utilities Authority is reminding customers they have until Thursday, September 30 to complete the 2026 Customer Survey, according to a release from the utility.

The survey gives ECUA customers a chance to share feedback on service, billing, and other aspects of the utility's operations. Participation helps the authority understand what's working well and where improvements may be needed.

Customers can find the survey through ECUA's website or may receive information about participating by mail. With just over a week left before the deadline, ECUA is encouraging anyone who hasn't yet filled out the brief questionnaire to do so before September 30.
