DeSantis Visits Kentucky To Build Support For Balanced Budget Amendment

(Frankfurt, KY) -- Governor Ron DeSantis is trying to build support for adding an amendment to the constitution. He was in Kentucky yesterday to meet with state lawmakers. DeSantis wants Kentucky to be the 29th state to pass a resolution in support of a federal balanced budget amendment. He says Americans across the board support balanced budgets, and this is not a partisan issue. DeSantis writes on X we must hold Congress to the same standards as we adhere to in our households, communities and states.
