DeSantis Signs Death Warrant For Convicted Killer

(Tallahassee, FL) -- Florida is moving forward with another execution. Governor Ron DeSantis signed a death warrant Friday for Norman Grim. The 65-year-old will be put to death October 28th. He was convicted in 1998 of raping and killing Cynthia Chapman in Santa Rosa County. Meanwhile, the state is scheduled to execute Victor Tony Jones today. He killed a couple during a robbery in Miami 35 years ago. The 64-year-old will be the 13th person executed in Florida this year.
