Both the city of Pensacola and Escambia County are moving towards passing ordinances to enforce bans on public and private property camping to be in compliance with the state's new HB 1365 and avoid potential lawsuits starting in January. Pensacola passed the first reading of two ordinances last week, the Escambia County commission will discuss ordinances at tomorrows meeting.
