Council on Aging Collecting AC Units and Fans for Seniors at Area Lowe's Stores Today

Pensacola, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- The Council on Aging needs your help keeping local seniors cool this summer. Today is the annual Pete Moore Automotive Team Senior Chill Out — staff and volunteers are at five Pensacola-area Lowe's stores all day collecting window air conditioner units, fans, and cash donations for seniors in need. Last year the drive collected nearly three-hundred air conditioners, over three-hundred fans, and nearly seventy-thousand dollars. Everything collected goes directly to area seniors who need help beating the summer heat.
