Condo Proposed for Downtown Pensacola

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- A new condo development is being proposed for North Jefferson Street, adjacent to the Tristan Hotel which is currently under construction. According to the PNJ, the five-story building would feature 25 units, with the first floor designated for retail space, including a potential coffee shop or small restaurant. The project is part of the East Garden District initiative, aimed at revitalizing the area with dining and shopping options. The Architectural Review Board will review the plans for conceptual approval on June 26.
