Cold Front Brings Cooler Weekend to Pensacola Area

A cold front moving through the region Thursday will usher in noticeably cooler and drier conditions for the weekend and into early next week, according to North Escambia weather forecasting.

Highs will drop from the lower 80s today into the 70s by Friday and Saturday. Sunday is expected to be the coolest day of the stretch, with highs bottoming out around 68 degrees.

The shift marks a departure from the warmth earlier this week and sets up more comfortable fall conditions heading into the final days of the first week of November.
