Cantonment Man Faces Felony DUI Charges after Saturday Crash

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- A Cantonment man is facing a felony DUI charge after a head-on collision last week with a BAC-level nearly four times the legal limit. Officials say 59-year-old James Reber Holder was driving the wrong way on East Olive Road when he struck another vehicle. Witnesses reportedly identified him as the driver. Holder's BAC was measured at 0.310, leading to charges including felony DUI and tampering with an interlock device. Holder had two prior DUI convictions, making this incident a third-degree felony. Holder was arrested and released on a $5,000 bond.
