100124 Breyers Ice Cream is dishing out nearly $9 million, it is part of a class action settlement. The lawsuit pertains to Breyers' Natural Vanilla ice cream which allegedly and falsely advertised itself as having real vanilla flavor. The court will pay $1.00 per carton of the Natural Vanilla ice cream flavor purchased. To qualify, consumers are asked to submit proof of purchase.
