DeSantis Vetoes E-Bike Safety Bill Despite Unanimous Legislative Passage

Tallahassee, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- Governor DeSantis issued his first vetoes of the year Thursday, rejecting three unanimously passed bills including the e-bike safety bill. DeSantis said the measure would lead to government surveillance of citizens through speed detection devices. He also vetoed a bill letting high school students earn community service credit for working as poll worker assistants.
