Both Escambia and Santa Rosa School Districts Earn A Grades

Pensacola, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- Both Escambia and Santa Rosa County school districts earned A ratings from the Florida Department of Education this year. In Escambia County, nineteen schools earned an A, sixteen a B, and seventeen a C — with no D or F grades. Montclair Elementary climbed from an F to an A in just three years and Navy Point Elementary jumped from a D to a B. In Santa Rosa County, twelve of twenty-nine graded schools earned an A, with West Navarre Intermediate and Pea Ridge Elementary both moving up a letter grade. Santa Rosa High School earned the highest possible School Improvement Rating of Commendable.
