Backstreet Boy Member In Legal Battle With Walton County Woman

(DeFuniak Springs, FL) -- A member of the Backstreet Boys is in a legal dispute with a woman in Walton County. Brian Littrell has filed a lawsuit against Carolyn Barrington Hill. Littrell claims she 's trespassing by sitting on his private property on Santa Rosa Beach. He also says Hill's actions have caused him and his family emotional distress. Hill, though, filed a motion last week to dismiss the suit. News 13 reports a hearing has been set for next month.
