Atmore man arrested after drug search warrant execution

Atmore Police Department officers arrested a man on multiple drug trafficking charges following a search warrant execution in the city, according to a department post on social media.

The arrest came after APD officers served a warrant at a residence on the 90 block of Middleton Lane on September 17. While specific details about the charges and the suspect's identity have not yet been fully released, police indicated the operation resulted in drug trafficking-related arrests.

This marks another drug enforcement action in the region as law enforcement continues targeting narcotics distribution. The Atmore Police Department did not immediately provide additional details about the quantities of drugs seized or the suspect's bond status.
