Arrest Made in Pensacola Beach Political Sign Attack

Pensacola Beach, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- An arrest was made last week for the alleged politically motivated assault on Pensacola Beach. 52-year-old Tiffany Gerken is charged with felony battery on a person 65 or older and property damage in the case. The victim said she was attacked while waving a Kamala Harris sign on Via De Luna and Fort Pickens Road earlier this month. The attack left the victim with a swollen eye and broken glasses. Gerken was booked into the Escambia County jail last week and has since been released on 2-thousand dollars bond.
