AIRPORT WAIT TIMES ARE DOWN DESPITE YESTERDAY'S LONG TSA LINE

Just when things were moving faster at the Pensacola Airport TSA checkpoint, there was a big setback yesterday when two machines went down and caused a huge backup that ended up making some noise on social media. Mayor DC Reeves says there was no staffing shortage, it was simply a case of a 'finicky' machine. He says regardless of the reason, he understands why yesterday's long wait times for passengers upset people -- but he says if you look at recent peak travel times, maximum wait times are way down from what they were earlier this year.
