A 16-year-old is charged with threatening to use explosives to blow up Crestview High School, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office. Ian Mohr was arrested Wednesday and charged with making an electronic threat of a terrorist act, which is a second-degree felony. The sheriff's office says Mohr created a video and uploaded it to Snapchat. According to the arrest report, in the video, Mohr said he would bring "C4" in a backpack and blow up the whole school. Mohr told deputies he made the video as a joke and was just being sarcastic, according to the sheriff's office.
