12 Previously Deported Immigrants Indicted in Northwest Florida for Illegal Reentry

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- A federal grand jury in Northwest Florida indicted 12 previously deported immigrants in March for illegally reentering the United States. The suspects were found in Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties and include nationals from Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico. One suspect had been deported three times before returning and another was deported twice in 2025 and 2026 before being found again in Escambia County. Three others face additional charges for using fraudulent documents. The cases were investigated by Homeland Security Investigations with help from multiple local law enforcement agencies.
