Reward Now Offered for Information on Homicide Suspect

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- There's now a 10,000-dollar reward for information leading to the capture of the suspected killer of Dean Chambers earlier this week. Pensacola police say Chambers family have put hte reward up for information leading to an arrest. Additional reward money could also be awarded if the information is received through Crime Stoppers. Police released photos and a video of the suspect yesterday. Chambers was stabbed to death at the Double-A Top Shop on North Davis Highway earlier this week. Police say the suspect may commute in the areas around West Fairfield Drive and Brownsville. If you have information you should contact PPD or call crimestoppers.

Eggfest Returns to Hadji Temple This Weekend

Escambia County Looking for Volunteers for Health Services Council

The council helps plan healthcare facilities and services across Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties. Commissioners need to fill five positions representing healthcare providers, purchasers, and consumers—including at least one person over 60. It's a two-year volunteer position with no compensation.
