Officials broke ground Wednesday on a new Regional Traffic Management Center on North W Street in Escambia County, behind the Emergency Operations Center. The facility will manage more than 380 traffic signals across Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. (Miami Gardens, FL) -- A Miami Beach Police officer is being remembered for his unmatched ability to lift spirits. Those words were used yesterday to describe David Cajuso [[kuh-HOO-so]] at his funeral at Hard Rock Stadium. He died in a motorcycle crash last month while on his way to work. The 33-year-old leaves behind a wife and three children. His widow spoke at the ceremony, and she called David her best friend and her little piece of heaven here on Earth.
