Pensacola FL (NewsRadio 92-3) A Pensacola man who went viral, thanks to his mug shot a few years ago, is now accused of sending obscene material to a minor in Georgia. 37-year-old Charles McDowell, who gained internet fame as "Wide Neck" in 2018, was arrested on new charges last month. TMZ reports that McDowell allegedly sent sexually explicit videos of a woman to her teen children and other family members. He was arrested in Pensacola and has since been extradited to Cherokee County, Georgia. McDowell gained more than a million followers after his mug shot went viral, he then put out rap songs.
