Conditions remain clear overnight, with lows dropping to around 70 degrees and calm winds making for comfortable sleeping temperatures.

Saturday shapes up similarly warm with highs reaching near 94 degrees. A slight 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms develops after 1 p.m., but most of the day should remain dry and sunny. Winds will be light, shifting from the north around 5 mph before calming completely through the afternoon.
