Vehicle Fire Extinguished at Davisville Community Center

Firefighters quickly brought a vehicle fire under control Wednesday afternoon in front of the Davisville Community Center on Highway 97, according to reports from the scene. The blaze broke out while the vehicle was in motion on the highway before coming to rest near the community center. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. Because the fire occurred while the vehicle was actively traveling on Highway 97, the Florida Highway Patrol has assumed the investigation into what caused the flames to ignite.
