TIM KINCELLA TO BE PENSACOLA'S NEW CITY ADMINISTRATOR

Pensacola has a new city administrator. Former NAS Pensacola commander Tim "Lucky" Kincella has moved into the role. Kincella had a 33-year career in the US Navy, serving as the commander of NAS Pensacola, and since retiring helped the Unversity of West Florida establish the Center for Leadership. Kincella also served on Mayor DC Reeves transition team when he took office. The city administrator leads daily operations for hte city and manages a staff of more than 800 city employees. Kincella credits his relationship with Mayor DC Reeves for him moving into the role.
