THERE IS A LUCKY DOG IN FLORIDA

Something positive came out of a natural disaster. Trooper’s Law went into effect today making it a felony to abandon a restrained animal during a natural disaster. The law was inspired by a bull terrier who was found tied to a fence in Central Florida during Hurricane Milton. Trooper was adopted and now lives with a new family in Parkland, Florida.
