Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- An 18-year-old and three juveniles were arrested this week after a shots fired incident at the Blue Wahoos stadium on Monday. It all started with several groups of teenagers in the parking lot throwing firecrackers -- but when one of the fireworks got too close to someone's vehicle, they were upset and wanted to fight. That's when Jose Adrian Vallejo is alleged to have pushed a victim to the ground and taken their 9mm handgun which was in the vehicle. Police say the victim approached Vallejo and his group with a second gun and demanded the pistol back -- at one point in the altercation police say Vallejo had fired several shots at the victims as they drove away. Nobody was hit by the gunfire. Vallejo is being held on multiple charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, grand theft of a firearm, and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony. The juveniles involved were booked into the Department of Juvenile Justice.
