A suspect has been arrested after a juvenile was shot in the leg last night in Gulf Shores. It happened near The Hangout bar at Highway 59 and Beach Highway around 8:40pm. The victim was transported and later released from the hospital. The shooter was caught in a nearby Walmart parking lot. The Hangout posted on social media that the suspect and victim were not at their establishment, and all patrons of the bar were safe. An investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
