Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Federal sentencing for a Walnut Hill man has been delayed until April. Twenty-six-year-old Joshua Hardy pleaded guilty to possessing unregistered silencers, a destructive device and a firearm with an obliterated serial number. Investigators found a document titled "Manifesto" on his laptop that referenced a killing spree and identified targets. Hardy came to authorities' attention after accidentally shooting himself while walking on family property in July. His attorney requested the delay to obtain mental health records and a psychological evaluation. Hardy remains in the Santa Rosa County Jail.
