Search Continues for Girl Missing in Destin Waters

Destin, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- The search continues for a 10-year-old Arkansas girl who went missing while swimming in Destin. The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office says search efforts are continuing along the coastline and in surrounding waterways. Trinity Eslinger went missing in Destin's East Pass last Thursday. Officials say four people were struggling in the water, rescuers were able to get the other three out, but Trinity was pulled under the water. The sheriff's office says teams have performed dozens of dives, and several vessels and drones have been searching for her. Volunteer group Daphne Search and Rescue is also assisting in the search.
